How To Oder Custom Print and Products

Catalogue

Step 1

Decide what garment or substrate to print your logo or artwork on.

  • Either t-shirt, long sleeves t-shirt, hoodie, tank top, hoodie, sweater, short or long pants,  etc. You can look in our catalog. Make a wish list. (If you decide to supply your garments, that’s fine too.) OR
  • PET film (DTF Transfers), canvas, vinyl with adhesive backing, clear vinyl, white or clear static cling, etc

You can browse our garment catalog here.

Step 2

If its garment printing, email us your garment wish list (or what type of garment you are supplying us). And also email us a copy of your logo or artwork, or if you do not have the artwork and you just want to print some simple text and simple shapes, that’s fine. In either case, the next thing we want is where on the garment you want it printed (front, left chest, back, sleeve, etc.). And how big or small you want it. Get some ideas from our t-shirt print samples here.

For DTF transfers, upload your gang sheet or use our gang sheet builder. For Stickers and decals, you can upload your design at checkout before payment (SKIP TO STEP 6 IF YOU’RE ORDERING THES ITEMS)

Step 3

With your garment wish list or type and artwork specifications in our hand, we will reply you back with price options. And at this point we may suggest better options but it’s still your final say at the end.

Step 4

Once we receive your order, we will create a digital mock up that will show you the approximate look and placement of your logo on a digital garment. You will approve or revise as you wish until we come up with something that you like

Step 5

Once the mock up is approved, we will line up your order to production. You can sit back and relax while we are printing your order.

Step 6

As soon as your order is printed, we will message you. It’s either you pick it up or we can arrange a courier to deliver it to you at your cost

Step 7

You can pay a deposit with cash, cheque, credit card, or e-transfer. Depending on your case, payment can be before production or delivery. In some cases, you can pay when you pick it up also.
